Roulac served as a Principal and national director of Arthur Andersen and as a division president of Bank of America Mortgage and International Realty Corporation. After fifteen years of employment within corporate America as a highly compensated rainmaker, Ann founded her own consulting company. Ann has provided strategic and economic advice to numerous family trusts, real estate developers, and financial institutions.
Ann has devoted the last two decades to the study of the spiritual practices of ancient and indigenous cultures, personal mastery disciplines, and the science of success. As a teacher of shamanic wisdom, Ann's genius is her ability to source her client's authentic vision, enabling them to create personal, professional, and financial freedom. Her sense of adventure and quest for knowledge have led her to the jungles of Guatemala, the mountain ranges of Nepal and Peru, and the pyramids of Egypt.
Roulac is the author of Power, Passion & Purpose, How To Create The Life You Want, and Power, Wisdom & Mastery; a co-author with Peter Senge, Michael Ray, and M. Scott Peck of Community Building: Renewing Spirit and Learning in Business; and a co-author with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Brian Tracy of Discover Your Inner Strength, to be released in 2008. These books have been published and distributed internationally and have sold in excess of 40,000 copies.
As a visionary, Ann has been recognized as an authority on predicting economic and cultural trends, and has been quoted by business and news publications. She has held leadership positions as a board member of nonprofits committed to making a difference in the lives of others and was a founding trustee of the World Business Academy.
